Subject: Very Short trip report and water pump :-(
Content-type: text/plain

We took the '90 Westy to Letchworth SP this weekend. I ran in the Glen Iris 5k race (26:01, I'm slow) We camped on Friday and stayed most of the day Saturday. If you ever get the change to go to Letchworth make every effort, it's really grand. located SW of Rochester, NY.

The thing is, there was this rattling sort of a sound when idling. I couldn't hear it at speed and there was a small puddle under the engine where I'd stopped. We made it all the way home with no problem, we're just an hour and a half away. But you can bet I kept my eye on the temp gauge the whole way.

Since it's coolant leaking and I can see the water pump pulley is a tad askew I assume my water pump is bad. Luckily I read the replies to another 2.1 owner trying to replace their pump so I should be all set. I ordered one from the Bus Depot.
