And California is rapidly heading towards losing the rolling >30 year smog
check exemption for vehicles. The Bill is buried amid all the other
political BS going on here -- see

Gestapo-like road blocks every 200 yards with the CHP acting as roving tax
collectors for the counties. This state sucks.
