Hi Pat Your ISV for any raison could be sticky and overcharging the ISCU. Check the main transistor (BD438) if it is not overheated. Collector of the transistor is connected to ST1 or ST2 of the ISCU. When I put 12 Vdc on the ISCU (+ on terminal 15 and - on terminal 31) with the ISV connected to ST1 and ST2, the ISV is humming.
