It's always something...I bought the new sensor today at BAP Geon..$80 plus tax and needn't be spliced in, however I was not able to get the old one out and now there's nothing left to grab on to. I used heat and excellent rust free magnetic stuff, vise grips after the box wrench failed, then a chisel, stopped short of using a dremel. Seems to be the next choice is to take the catalytic convertor out and use a screw extractor which I don't think will even work and by that time I may as well replace the convertor, I found one for $111, anyone have a good source for these, I would even consider a used in great shape, or what about by passing the convertor and putting in a straight pipe, are these available as well, But then I'm assuming (Sunset) won't run as well without the 02 in there. Thanks for listening. Andy
