Chad;
I see now we are not talking about different things. It sounds like you
have the idle set too high i.e. too much air getting in at idle. I bet if
you monitor the Oxygen sensor's output you would see a corresponding rise in
the voltage to the surge in rpms.
What page do you see that about disconnecting the ISCV? I do not recall
the procedure being worded like that. Then again maybe I am doing it wrong,
let me know.
