Ken,

Check Bentley 24.51. It shows disconnecting the ISCV connecter, the yellow plug on the left toward the front of the engine compartment, and the O2 sensor. I have checked my O2 sensor output with a multimeter. When the vehicle is running open loop, I run rich, in the .8 volt range. Once the engine goes closed loop I am running at .5 volts, exactly where I should be. Idle speed is right about 850 RPM. If I reconnect the ISCV plug, the engine continues to idle just fine until I drive around for a while and then come to a stop again. Then the surging and fast idle problems reappear.
