Subject: Reimo side tent for sale
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed

Volks,

I am placing FOR SALE our "barely used" Casa Royale side tent for our vanagon. I bought it new from Steve Lashley in 1998. We've used it less than a half dozen times and it is in "like new" condition. It is a great tent. Well built, roomy, solid German engineering. It is made by Reimo. We bought it at the same time as we bought our van, which was a mistake. We hadn't really done much camping at all and thought we'd use the tent. We had always tent camped before and figured we needed it. As it turns out, the type of camping we do is not "several night stays in a row". Its more "here tonight, gone tomorrow" and I just don't get around to setting it up. It attaches to the van but is total self-contained which allows you to pull away from it.

I can send you a jpeg photo of it attached to my van while camping in the Tetons if you're interested.

It cost $575 new in 1998. The first $450 takes it. You pay for shipping.

If no one on the list is interested, I'm going to put it on Ebay but I wanted to give you folks first crack at it.

Thanks! Jim in Iowa 89 Westy GL 91 Passat Wagon 66 Beetle
