Before going further, inspect the whole cooling system. You have deep seated corrosion and sealing things at the engine is needed, but the budget must provide for heater cores, radiator, pipes, whatever is found to also be on the brink of failure. I would expect Jerry at NW ConRod could send you any of these fasteners. These he buys by the hundreds, I expect, because his motors always come with new bolts/studs/nuts, and particularly these types that have seen high electrolytic stresses.

I got some great high spec diesel head studs from him recently.
