You've got it, and as for the fill up, I've done it two ways:
Long necked funnel (about 30" long in total, with flexible neck), inserted in filler hole,
then wrapped around top of trans to place top of funnel facing drivers' side. Then
reach up pour bottles into funnel. Slow, and a bit of a contortionist act...
2nd time, I added some clear tubing to end of funnel, and ran it to filler hole after
inserting funnel through firewall from engine compartment. I was able to pour an
entire liter bottle into funnel, then wait for it to slowly drain down, while funnel was
braced against engine. Much more civilized.
I used 3 liters each time, and checked level at filler hole with finger. First was Redline
MTL (should have been MT90 I now know), second was Amsoil TGR, which I'm still
using. I found the Redline better for cold shifting, but both are better than dino oil.
