Not saying I'm a believer; but theres an apparently unbiased review at this link and theory on how these fuel savers work here: http://www.smartcar-owner.co.uk/Smart%20Magnet.htm and the owner does increase his mpg. He also used to have a link for a cheap source (somewhere around $5, he hadn't actually tried these himself) for these magnetic fuel savers, but I don't see it on the site anymore. -Rob
