require purchase; nor can yuou require money to be sent by US postal service.

Yeah, but it's only fun for those who win. Besides, the license to make money
with things like car raffle is usually reserved to non-profits. It I started
raffling all my non-running cars, those poor charities around here may run
short of potential vict... I mean buyers.
