If you're not licensed to do so and give all the proper disclosures, yes. People do bake sales and such to raise money for their favorite charities. I know you don't want to hear (or read) it but raffling a Vanagon is a totally different thing. Now if you baked a Vanagon shaped cake with Bundt cakes for wheels, I may be enticed.
