The link was designed to look like a PayPal.com address, but included html escape codes to actually take it to another site, likely designed to attempt to hijack your browser. (fortunately I don't save passwords, nor use IE, so am likely safe from such attacks).</span></font></div> <div align="left"><br/></div> <div align="left"><font face="Courier New"><span style="font-size:10pt">The subject of the message was: &quot;PayPal Account Security Measures&quot;, from service@paypal.com.</span></font></div> <div align="left"><br/> </div> <div align="left"><font face="Courier New"><span style="font-size:10pt">A search on this phrase shows this to be a known scam over the past 6 months or more. This one was fairly well crafted, with better use of English, and the site looked authentic. It's also interesting that the scam message came via compuserve.com... Coincidence? Perhaps.
