I also use Outlook (2k3 beta) and it works great. I also don't use
'autopreview' and my spam filter (built in) work very well.
I also use the Windows Firewall as well as Sygate firewall (Free). And I use
have my antivirus running, and set to update it's signatures daily.
But... I don't rely on Outlook to solve world hunger. I keep my system
updated using built in Windows tools like Auto-Update. Give it a try and
you'll find that you're patched before anyone can write a worm to exploit
the vulnerability.

Tom,
I use Outlook. I have no address book. I do not preview messages and
Cloudmark filters the spam/virus. I was simply pointing out a useful tool
for those who use outlook.

And if you don't use MS Outlook or Outlook Express, you pretty
much don't need
to worry if they get by the filter.
My problem with this whole thing is that many people stand
there with a huge
target painted on themselves and then try to put enough
plexiglass between
them and the snipers.
Get smart. Get rid of Outlook. Use something, ANYTHING, else.
No offense, and I'm not singling anyone out. I'm just being
realistic here.
