My 83.5 1.9L wbx has developed a cycling idle. At start up from cold it idles smoothly for a few minutes. Then for no apparent reason it begins to cycle. (speed fluctuates up and down with a consistent repeating pattern) After fully warming up the idle is back to a normal consistent rpm. Any ideas why? TIA
