My TriStar has it too. European wiring, I figure (note that the front turn signals don't have "running lights)...AKA they only have a single filament, not a dual filament bulb like US (North American?) turn signals. And there are only two wires to the front turn signals, not the three in US (NA?) wiring. Another European wiring difference I figure.
