Ok, if we assume, for now, that it's true, then the capacitor or harness is probably not the best fix for the problem. Damping the oscillation at the source would be the ideal solution. Anyone have any ideas on how to add reliable damping to the mechanical part of the system? Probably have to be adjustable damping factor at first until we determine how much is needed, since we don't want to eliminate throttle response like you can with too large a capacitor.
