George ....

Are you suggesting that there is only "One Correct Way" to Stealth?

I'd subscribe to the theory ... "Do what works".

So far the low key approach has worked for 24/7 camping over the last 7 months.

Have not been asked to "Move along" ... Yet!

I'd suggest Ballsy, Low key and good common sense is a winning combination.

One bad choice I did make ... Camped in an Airport Long Term Parking lot.

Since I had paid my parking fee I didn't keep a very low key approach.

Had lights & music on and was in and out of the van a bit.

Soon I was surrounded by cop cars ... Hands on guns approached and ordered me out of the Van.

Seems I was camped close to the control tower.

The tower got concerned a subversive element was too close for comfort.

After the cops saw that I was no threat ... Two stayed behind with lots of questions about Westies.

Then they had me move to a more remote corner of the parking lot.

Pretty funny now that I look back on it.

This is all wrong. Ask anybody who has ever REALLY had to go undetected in a populated area and you'll find creeping around is the quickest way to expose yourself. Just act like you are supposed to be wherever you are doing whatever you are doing. Balls will outclass stealth any day of the week.

George
