Subject: Aftermarket Power Window Regulator & Motor...switch won't fit in
              door...?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hello All:

Awhile back I purchased a replacement power window regulator w/motor for my 1990 Carat and after installation my mechanic said the switch won't fit back in the door panel. The wires and plugs on the back of the switch are blocked by a brass-colored rod inside the door (part of the new system I believe)

I purchased it from Ken at Vanagain and emailed to see if this is common...and I thought I'd post the question to the List in case anyone else has experienced this and come up with a solution. I'm getting really tired of my switch hanging by the wires out of the door...

thanks Kevin
