This is all wrong.  Ask anybody who has ever REALLY had to go undetected in a
populated area and you'll find creeping around is the quickest way to expose
yourself.  Just act like you are supposed to be wherever you are doing
whatever you are doing.  Balls will outclass stealth any day of the week.
