PN 069103303 Germany 1984

Replacement head Mexico (at least says so on cam caps) 06810337F. Where "old" head said Germany, "new" head simply says GEX.

Not using spaces sounds good to me. Maybe the person who used them didn't tighten down to full torque from experience as I found out, maybe that started the problems in the first place.
