I'm not sure where this thread came from but, from a pure engineering piont of view, vacuum has to be limited, just like air pressure, To prevent damage. Unlike hydralic pressure. Put 1000 lb. air pressure in a tank, when the tank burst your in trouble. Do the same but with vacuum, your in trouble IF you use a 10" dia. pipe to deliver the vacuum. Use a 1/6" pipe and it will take some time to vacuum down. Eric city rich dirt poor
