Eric, buddy...

I completely disagree with you. I've been driving a Westfalia camper as a daily driver since 1999. I've done year around camping in both a 73' and my current 85' Westy with no issue. Of course, this is personal preference and there are those folks that don't like to wake up to adverse weather and I respect that.

My personal spin is that it's when you stop using a machine that if starts to rot. Continual use within the scope of it's engineering and continual maintenance to sustain it's function, that's what I do and the thought of pickling my rig just because it's a bit cold or damp is just wrong :-)

Two cents and then some, Brian from Salem, Or Wetwesty and general goofball

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Barbara, Campers like motor homes are not good candidates for daily driver vehicle. Camping for most people is just to cold in most state, and I can't imagine that Montana is any different. So there are many people how store there Compers for the winter. Eric P.S. If you like to camp in Montana in the winter you've got meet you...."
