I tell you saved me from a potential disaster when bringing my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and shocks...I brought my vehicle into Farm and Fleet because they did such a good job before (never again). After asking to talk with the manager to explain I had parts in the back and what I wanted done AND to please be careful AND..etc. And after they pulled it in and after the third person came up to me and was telling ME stuff...I then asked this last person if I could talk with the manager. He then proceeded to point to his shirt pocket and pulled it forward (so I can read it better) and said something like, "yea, I'm the manager, that's why I have this on my shirt..." (like can't you read you moron). I was tempted to say "sorry, I have a bad habit of looking people in the eye when I talk to them BUT I was on a deadline and I bit my tongue. I proceeded to explain which shocks go in the front and which in the rear and I got that look like "no shit, you moron". (hey, I'm not a mechanic) I then realized I was getting deeper and deeper into a place I did not want to be especially since they had my baby in their hands and the whole point of this is to WIN THEM OVER AND TO DO GOOD JOB! So I had one more piece of information to explain to him. I said "also, on the front seat, there are a dozen donuts that I bought for you guys". Well, that you moron look changed to a smile and "you didn't have to do that" comment. I smiled and walked away. They spent over 4 hours doing a shock change and alignment and charged me under $48 bucks or something like that. There was no thanks and no anything else. I paid, got in and donut box is gone. That $6.00 box off donuts saved me butt!
