Subject:   Front Brake lines - Help! (new calipers)
Content-Type:   TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII

I just put on new roters and calipers on my 84. The problem is that the new calipers have the brake line input in a different place than my old calipers. The word from the supplier (bus depot) is that this is an issue with their calipers, but the brake line can be rerouted.

Anyhow, does anyone have experience in doing this? What did you do?

I went to the FLAPS and I think with a brake line metric elbow (or tee), I can get this to work, but the FLAPS didn't have any metric fittings and couldn't get me anything that would work. Any ideas? Anyone know a source for metric brake line fittings?

And, I will also need to give a brake line a pretty tight bend. Any ideas on how to make a really tight bend in brake line?

thanks!!!! Blake
