I am not sure you should document-advertise that you are knowingly overloading your van. The GVWR, (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), for the Syncro is 5512 lbs. In the event of an accident, it would be an easy case negligence case since you knew. Of course you can also be fined. Stop by a truck stop and get the van weighed, each axle and total. Adjust weight as needed.

For the roadhaus I have found that 46 frt & 48 rear is about right.

Seems like the sweet spot for good ride and handling.

But I'm running prettty heavy ... Around 6000 GVW

"Flame suit on" Tire manufacturers (or resellers) do not give the proper tire pressure = for a said vehicle. See the vehicles owners manual or tire sticker on = door jamb for correct pressures. 50 PSI is incorrect inflation pressure = for the Vanagon.

This thread (50 psi) has been dribbled to death here on this list.
