Uh huh, I did it a couple weeks ago... Didn't have any trouble though, the little paragraph to the left side of the page describes how to assemble.

The upper and lower ball halves and one spring go inside the 2 shell halves. The shell halves go inside the rubber guide, which holds it all together. Don't forget to lube the parts!
