Hey Larry,

I don't think there is an easy way to get the trim in
while the windows are still in.  If you pop them out,
then the trim goes in easy, and then you reinstall the
window.  Removing/installing windows is not difficult,
and actually pretty quick to do.

Stripped drain plug.  Yes, replace.  Either get a
time-sert to install or go bigger with a 3/8 pipe
plug.
