I think it is a valid lawsuit and hope it wins.  The main problem is that
the catalytic heater manufacturers market their heaters for use in
enclosed spaces but then in the instructin manual it says clearly "do not
use in non-ventilated spaces or you may die".  It should say this clearly
on the front of the package.  To make matters worse some idiots use a
catalytic heater in their tent/van/house and have not died yet so they
spread rumors that these heaters are safe for indoor use.  The major
reason that people  use un-vented catalytic heaters is that they cost
under $100 while the cheapest vented heater is around $400.
