Not necesarily. My Volkswagon quantum syncro wagon has the "full time" Audi Quattro drive train under it. It has middle and rear vacuum controlled differential locks, other than that it seems pretty basic with no electronic control that I can discern. Any thoughts as to why VW didn't put the Quattro system under the vanagon? Would it have required too many modifications to an otherwise "off the shelf" package? mark |
