I would be very interested in what RIMCO might have to say. 18 one inch studs have nothing at all to do with a T-IV motor. You paid for them, so ask them to send the right ones or explain. The only studs that short that come to mind are 2 for the plate on the bottom of the motor. The exhaust port studs should be some 50mm or 2 inches long.
