I think I would just leave it be...I think without a good highway run there's too much danger of sludging up the engine. But that's just my opinion. Others may disagree.

By the way, when you take it out of storage be prepared for the brakes to be pretty grabby for the first few applications. The rotors and drums will have a coat of rust that you'll be scrubbing off. Also, give the brakes a couple of good stomps (with the van stationary) before you go out on the road. If anything in the braking system is going to break, you want it to break while the van is stationary in your driveway, not when you make a panic stop. ;)
