I think they should send it to you based on your contract. You may consider
getting legal representation. If you still can't get it resolved, pmail me and
I will hook you up with someone who MAY be able to help. A have a friend who
ships his cars back and forth between FL and CA all the time as a matter of
convenience. Cheaper than driving them cross country. When you do this kind of
thing often enough, the shippers pay better attention.
