There are only three places to loose PS fluid. They are the pump, the
rack itself, and the plumbing. If the leak is not obvious, then the rack
is the most likely problem. Check the boots for any signs of being oily.
Squeeze them, if any oil is inside, the rack is leaking.

My power steering fluid level declines about 6 ounces ever 2000
miles.  I assume this is not normal.  Any advice on the most likely
location to find the leak?
