This isn't exactly from a Ford unless you consider that Volvo is now owned by Ford, but a sunroof crank from a 240 will work. I used one in a pinch once until I got a replacement van crank. If I remember correctly, it required a shim washer dropped into the hole to make it work. The one I used was metal and it looked sort of neat. I probably would have also mounted one on the other side if I had found one before I picked up the correct part.
