Check the rear axle nuts for tightness. If they are loose, the nut and
wheel flange will have to be replaced.

hey all,
on my 90 gl i have recently noticed a low end ka klunk ka klunk noise
from 5 mph to 25 mph then it disapears, possibly disapears in engine
noise or just goes away.  it is definetley coming from the rear.
anyways, this in not a consistent noise, does not happen all the time,
and never happens on turns in either direction.  could it be cv's or
possibly rear drums.  within the last two years i have repacked the rear
cv's and redid rear shoes and drums.  what else could it be?
very annoying and i am sure something is wrong back there!
