Yup. The nut in the middle of the junction between the hand lever and the two brake cables is the adjuster. Before you crank it up tight, do the step of inspecting the rear brakes, and make sure the brake cables are routed properly inside the brake... had this problem on my Van when I bought it. >Also, how do I adjust the handbrake?
