Pardon the intrusion as some of you will get this reminder multiple times. This is a copy of what I am sending to folks who signed up to meet at Ocean beach THIS Saturday afternoon. You are welcome to show up as well but please inform me if you are planning to attend so we can make sure there is enough food for everybody.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hi folks, If you are getting this reminder, it's because you asked me to send you details about the meet this Saturday, October 25, 2003 at 6pm. Of course. you are welcome to come early but be wanted the late time so we can end the day with a bonfire. Bring firewood to burn if you can. Marshmallows to roast and your favorite beverage. Tim Fong has graciously offered to provide munchies in the form of pizza from Pasquale's near the beach. He will bring drinks as well but I have not asked him what sort he will bring. BYOB to if you want something specific. My Syncro is not currently tagged for road use. So you will see me in a dirty silver 1982 Rabbit Pick-up truck. I will be the guy with firewood. Meet at the parking area about midway between Lincoln Way and Fulton. If you don't find my pickup right away, look for a bunch of Vanagons. Email me if you need more specific directions. It would also help if you give me a head count of how many people will be in your party. We want to make sure we have enough food for everybody. Hope to see you all soon. Ben T. |
