Subject:      Stuttering on start up

 Hey folks
  My van has a problem. Seems to start ok in the morning. When I go to leave
work after sitting all day it sputters and chugs on start up. It sometimes
stalls out. It runs rough for a while and then kicks in. After that it runs great
again. If after it has warmed up it is shut off for only a short while (hour
or two) it does not happen. Any ideas , thoughts or guesses are much welcomed.
