Sure. But you still have to provide 65 amps at greater than 11.5 volts. It's a 450-watt (output) oven (older home units tended to be around 750 watts I think; our current Sharp is 1000 watts). If it has multiple "power levels" i.e. duty-cycle settings, it would draw this much intermittently and a much lower amount (?15 amps??) in between. Same for the AC-powered ones.
