Hi,

Scirocco and Vanagon headlights are not the same. (Actually, the inner lens is the same, but _all_ the other parts are different.)

The USA version Scirocco had 'ordinary' 4x6 inch DOT approved bulbs. Contemporary non-USA Siroccos came with lights that look like late model Vanagon units.

This topic surfaces often on the Scirocco mailing list, as many people feel the non-USA Scirocco looks nicer, but cost a lot.
