Yes, but within the context of the discussion, we are talking beginning your inspection with 5 minutes review of notes, not what I would call an onerous task, particularly when that 5 minutes insures that you don't replace parts not needed and do replace all those due accurately. 5 minutes to record results of inspection, 5 minutes to review history as first step in next inspection.
