Hi John, It sounds like you could make Westy outlet covers with this machine ---- which would be great. All of my covers had their flaps ripped off by vandals and I've been trying to find something that would work without costing the arm and a leg that the OEM covers cost. The other thing is that the OEM one's are all outlet specific when, IMHO, all you really is a generic cover with a flap that would fit all the holes. I'll take the first ones that you make:-) Cheers, Doug

It seems I have come into possession of a big vacuum forming machine that can handle materials to 1/4 inch thick, and can vacuum forms 24" wide, 36 " long, 2 " deep.
