Re-produce the utility covers! I am missing the flap for one of mine (H2O tank, I believe) . Seems like it wouldn't be too hard? It wouldn't have to be perfect, I'd buy a set of three.

It seems I have come into possession of a big vacuum forming machine that can handle materials to 1/4 inch thick, and can vacuum forms 24" wide, 36 " long, 2 " deep.

If anyone has any ideas of things to use or produce with this machine, particularly things for Vanagon based vehicles, I would like to hear from you.
