Paint the rims the same color as the van, and throw
a chrome ring on.  Old-school charm.

On an old Maverick I had, the wheels were painted
like the crash-test cars, white and black.  Of course,
the whole car was painted flat black, with a flaming
skull-and-crossbones on the hood.  Niiiice........
