I think other VW plastic e-brake handles fit right on. Wouldn't be surprised if the boot wouldn't swap, too. I am going to try both items off of my '89 Jetta this weekend. Jay

a suggestion: I stitched up (just like making leathers for oars) a bit of used saddle leather to make a nice grip on my e-brake handle. Did the same for my 1/2" ratchet drive, nicer to handle especially on cold days. Alistair
