The best stuff I've ever used is S-100 Motorcycle cleaner. It is designed to get road dirt and oil off and not harm painted surfaces. It works great - you can find it at any motrocycle supply place. Todd '88 Westy

Hey now, I live and work in a rural area and am frequently drivind unpaved roads- any recommendation on what to clean motor with? I'm not sure about that engine cleaner at the local car wash- anyone use this stuff? On another note Nokians finally came in(took about 2 months) well worth the wait. We had a big storm come through the day after they were mounted-awesome traction pavement and mud. I would highly recommend these tires for winter or off-road use. I got 195/75/14 makes a big difference- those 185's are just too small.
