Subject:      advice on window latch removal

I have a van that needs a new window latch (for the slider) and I have a
parts van with a good one in it. I figure rather than change the whole window i
should attack the latch first.
Any of you guys, like Chris Turner perhaps, know how to remove one without
destroying it? what tools are suggested too....
