I dont know anything about there work, but if you do have to go in for somthing try chatting him up about SCCA Pro Rally. I believe he used to have a Group B Audi and raced it all over the place, my wife and I helped roll his car back over onto all four wheels, and get him out of the middle of a Stage at the STPR Rally up in Pennsylvania in 2001. II bet if you mention your a rally fan and know some spectators that helped roll him back onto his wheels, you might get on his good side.

Hi folks, Has anyone had experience with the Quattro Center in the Ridgewood section of Queens NY? Its run by a older gentleman named Bruno Kreibich. My work had me driving in that area, and I saw only VW's and Audis out front, so I went and grabbed a card. Asked if he would work on Vanagons, he tersely replies "yes." This could be a good resource for new yorkers who can't make the haul out to Dennis Haynes'. I wanted to inquire as well: How many NYC vanagon/bus owners are on the list? I my neighborhood (NW brooklyn) there's seems to be an ever growing number. With in a couple blocks of my house theres a 68 camper, a diesel westy and a few 80's vanagons. To the south in Willliamsburg, it seems there are even more. It almost sounds like it's time for someone to organize a communal garage, like I think I remember hearing about in Portland OR, or for a good mechanic to open shop. -Matt Sutton 88GL
