Chris -I,m very familiar with the black cap it is not  of the same quality as
tan cap it tis of lighter weight and pin  material quality . The cap that we
encountered was 2 grades below in weigh,materials & wokmanship it is not the
black cap you are speaking of . it was of the cheapest junk  available. Thanks
